BFF – Baby Food Factory offers equal opportunities to all candidates because we want to choose the best people whose knowledge, experience, motivation, and enthusiasm give a personal touch and contribute to our company’s success.

After we receive your resume — if you meet the job requirements — you will enter the subsequent selection process that comprises several elimination rounds. Some roles include also tests, and the number and types of tests depend on the position’s specifics. 

The candidates who successfully pass the selection process will be offered the job, while the other candidates who meet the expectations remain in our database so we can contact them when the same or similar roles open. The candidates who fail to meet the requirements are notified in a timely manner by our Human Resources department.
