Production process

TAKING CARE OF OUR YOUNGEST’S GROWING UP IS FAR MORE THAN PRODUCING BABY FOOD

Our production system is based on four pillars:

1. High-quality raw materials

  • The raw materials we use are approved for baby food production under the strictest European standards.

2. Controlled production process

  • Controlled access (controlled access only by authorized employees in defined premises)

  • Controlled air (specially filtered air)

  • Regulated room air pressure

  • Regulated room temperature (the product is packed under optimum conditions)

  • The laboratories (microbiology and chemistry) controls each part of the production process (the control start from the input raw material through the processing and finished product)

3. State-of-the-art equipment

  • Our production is environmentally friendly and responsible toward nature

  • No emissions of harmful gases into the environment

  • All waste water is processed and as such discharged into natural streams

4. Clean room panels

  • The entire production space, laboratory, and logistic hallways are in line with the clean room panel standards.

  • Clean rooms involve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene — a complete absence of impurities.

  • These conditions are required in operating rooms, pharmaceutical plants, and facilities producing micro-electronic components.

  • Clean room panels are neither standard nor practice for baby food production but instead our choice that enables highest-quality production.

  • The outdoor air that enters the clean room is filtered to block out dust, while the indoor air constantly circulates through special filters.

“Clean rooms involve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene — a complete absence of impurities. These conditions are required in operating rooms and pharmaceutical plants — anyplace where hygiene is of utmost importance.
